
In tonight's HealthierMe, those of us who need a lot of coffee to jump start the day may be at an increased risk of developing glaucoma. Researchers have found that drinking three or more cups of caffeinated coffee a day was associated with a 66% higher risk of exfoliation glaucoma when compared to people who don't drink coffee. There was no such link with caffeinated sodas, teas, or even chocolate.
