In tonight's HealthierMe, teenagers who don't sleep well may be at risk for heart disease later in life. About one in five teens has significant sleep problems. A new Canadian study of over 4,000 adolescents found that those who consumed more unhealthy foods, exercised less, and watched more TV had higher sleep disturbance scores. Researchers say sleep disturbances are linked to high cholesterol, blood pressure, and a higher BMI -- all of which are risk factors for heart disease.
