Smoke Pouring out: Apartment Evacuated

Posted: Updated:

Everyone is now back into an apartment complex in Fargo that was evacuated early Monday morning.  Firefighters say the fire started from burnt food in one of the units in the 3-story complex at 3160 33rd Street South.

Smoke was reported pouring out of one apartment, but fire crews say damage seems to be contained to just that unit.

People living at the complex were back in their homes within about 45 minutes. The renter in the unit where the fire started was checked out by paramedics and was okay.
