Troopers identify ND man killed by train

Posted: Updated:

The North Dakota Highway Patrol has identified a 20-year-old Mohall man who was killed after the truck tractor and grain trailer he was driving was struck by a train.

The patrol says Marshall Sundahl was heading from a rural residence to Tolley with a load of canola Friday morning and failed to yield to a Northern Plains train at a marked crossing.

The 39-car train struck the driver's side of the truck's cab.
