School Lunches Get Healthier

It's not just about balancing school schedules anymore; this year, officials are busy balancing new school menus as well, thanks to new, healthier cafeteria guidelines from the USDA. These new requirements are something every school across the country has had to get used to. In Valley City, they've worked hard to make sure every student is getting the proper nutrition, and today they showed off those new menus.
