Terrorizing Charge for GF Man

Posted: Updated:

Just before midnight Friday morning, officers of the Grand Forks Police Department were dispatched to 833 So. 25th Street Apt. #1 on a report of a disturbance with a handgun.

When officers arrived, they were told that a man had discharged the firearm into the air and then left the scene in a vehicle.  That vehicle was located a short time later at a residence in the 4800 block of Irongate Ct.  The vehicle at that time was unoccupied.

Investigation of the incident determined where the suspect lived. Officers found him, and the suspect agreed to come outside and speak to them.

The suspect was identified as Brandon L. Enno, age 23 of Grand Forks.  Enno was arrested and confined at the Grand Forks County Correctional Center.  Enno was charged with:

  • Terrorizing
  • Reckless Endangerment
  • Arrested on an outstanding Grand Forks County Warrant (Failure to Pay Fines).

The investigation into the incident is continuing and further charges are pending.  Nobody involved in the incident was injured.  The University of North Dakota Police Department assisted on the call.

Anyone with information on the incident is asked to contact the Grand Forks Police Department at 701-787-8000.
