Today West Acres turns 40 and tonight, to celebrate, the shopping mall plans a night filled with events for loyal shoppers and guests. West Acres opened on August 2, 1972.  

 Viewed by many as the region's premier shopping destination, West Acres is home to over 120 stores. The shopping mall also boasts it is the home to the Roger Maris Museum.


West Acres announced these events for tonight:

 West Acres opened on August 2, 1972, marking 40 years of business this coming week. To celebrate the 40th birthday, West Acres will be hosting a fun-filled, family-friendly evening of events on Thursday, Aug 2, with special savings and over $4,000 in giveaways in order to thank the customers and community that have made the last 40 years fabulous.
