BISMARCK, N.D. – Governor Jack Dalrymple on Saturday asked that all U.S. and North Dakota flags be flown at half-staff until sunset Wednesday, July 25 in tribute to the victims of the deadly mass shooting in Aurora, Colo.

"At the President's request and out of respect for the victims of the senseless act of violence in Aurora, I ask that U.S. and North Dakota flags be flown at half-staff until sunset Wednesday," Dalrymple said.
