Fundraiser for Scott Burris's Family - Valley News Live - KVLY/KXJB - Fargo/Grand Forks

Fundraiser for Scott Burris's Family

Posted: Updated:

Friends of a Fergus Falls, MN-area man pulled out of the Otter Tail River after suspected foul play are starting a fundraiser.

The fundraiser is meant to offset funeral expenses for the family of Scott Burris, of Otter Tail, Minnesota.

Burris' body was discovered last week by people tubing near the Orwell Dam after he was missing nearly a month. It was about fifteen miles from where his van had been found by law enforcement.

You can donate to the Scott Burris benefit fund at First National Bank branches in Otter Tail, Henning, and Battle Lake, Minnesota.
