A Woman Driving A Car That Collided With A Semi On I-94 East Of Moorhead Is Hospitalized In Fargo With Serious Injuries.   The State Patrol Says 58-Year Old Roberta Haspel Of Barnesville Was Eastbound On I-94 In A Construction Zone Near The Buffalo River Bridge Friday When Her Car Crossed Into The Westbound Lane And Collided Head-On With A Semi Driven By 65 Year Old Gary Sather Of Bismarck.

Sather Was Not Seriously Injured. The Semi Ended Up In The Median And The Cab Burned. The Crash Caused Major Traffic Tie-Up'S And Shut Down Parts Of The Interstate For Hours While Traffic Was Re-Routed.
