A man accused of smuggling cash into the United States at the border between North Dakota and Canada says he will plead guilty.

The Cao Nguyen (wihn), of Richfield, Minn., is charged with bulk cash smuggling into the United States.

Authorities say the 25-year-old Nguyen knowingly hid more than $10,000 when he went through the Pembina port of entry on Sept. 7, 2009.

A change of plea hearing is set for July 27 in Fargo.
