Reward offered for stolen dinosaur bones

Posted: Updated:

The owner of a set of stolen dinosaur bones says he won't pursue charges if the thief returns them.

Gary Olson told West Fargo police he is offering a $3,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the suspects, if the bones are not returned.

The items were in a unique thin cardboard, light yellow box with gray dinosaur images.  Most of the boxes have Japanese writing on them.

The bones were stolen from a West Fargo storage garage last week.
