I went on a fishing trip to roy lake in south dakota in the early 70's with my dad, brother and cousin. We rented a boat and I bought a nut goodie candy bar at the resort for a snack while fishing. After being out for awhile I took a bite of that nut goodie. To my surprise I bit something hard. It was a piece of some steel about the size of a 10 penny nail. My first thought was to toss it in the lake, but dad said keep it so we can look at it later. After we fished for awhile we pulled up on shore for a break. As we left shore we sheared a pin in the propeller. To our amazement the steel I had saved from the nut goodie fit right in and we did not have to row back the 3 miles to the resort. We have told this to our friends who know us well and it is hard for them to believe us. But this is a true story.
