DISCUSSION:
The extended period of rain that's been stalled over the Valley is finally moving out of here. The sky is a beautiful deep blue up north. Decreasing clouds and rain along with a northeast breeze for the southeastern viewing area through this afternoon. Eventually, all areas will clear out by this afternoon.
A Flash Flood Watch is out for most area. Rivers are rising above flood stage in many parts of the valley. Please see the river level tabs to the right and click on each one for the latest hydrograph.
