FARGO, N.D. (NDSU Athletics) -- Fans attending North Dakota State University football games at the Fargodome this fall will have new options for reserved tailgating and on-campus parking.
Game day parking will be available to the public for $5 per spot in NDSU parking lots R, RF and F south of the Fargodome and Sanford Health Athletic Complex.
Vehicles parking in R, RF and F shall arrive on 15th Avenue North to access parking lot entrances on 14th Street or Albrecht Boulevard. Tailgating is not allowed in campus parking lots, and possession and consumption of alcohol are prohibited.
Earlier this year, NDSU expanded the reserved tailgating section on the west side of the Fargodome by an additional 279 spots in the south half of Lot G.
Reserved tailgating accounts have six single-game passes this year rather than one season-long pass. Fans may exchange unused single-game passes through the NDSU Tailgating Exchange Blog.
NDSU still has more than 200 non-reserved tailgating spots in the south end of Fargodome Lot G. Cost is $5 per spot with a minimum of two and a maximum of six spots.
Lineup for non-reserved tailgating may begin no earlier than 5:00 p.m. Fridays on the south side of 17th Avenue. Vehicles must be attended at all times, and tailgating on campus or city streets is not allowed. No pre-parking in campus parking lots.
General public parking will be available for $5 per spots in Lots B and C on the east side of the Fargodome in addition to NDSU lots R, RF and F south of the Fargodome.
Reserved tailgating lots will continue to open 5 ½ hours prior to kickoff, and all other parking lots will continue to open 5 hours prior to kickoff.
