FARGO, N.D. (Valley News Live) The 33rd Annual Chocolate Fantasy and Chili, Too fundraising event kicks of Thursday at 11 a.m. at the Ramada Plaza and Suites in Fargo.

The event is hosted by the nonprofit YWCA Cass Clay and supports its emergency shelter, which helps over 1,400 women and children of the valley.

In 2015, the shelter served the most women and children in its history and operates on fundraising from two events held each year: The Chocolate Fantasy and Woman of the Year.

Starting at 11 a.m. and running to 7 p.m., guests have the opportunity to indulge in endless chocolate treats and chili from numerous businesses in the area.

There are chocolate delicacies from tortes to cheesecake and even fudge.

Celebrity servers -- including Lisa Budeau, Kyle Bosch and Lisa Green from The Valley Today -- will serve guests. Local athletes will also be helping dish up the deliciousness.

The event also has nearly 200 auction items from Minnesota Twins tickets to an NDSU autographed football and an autographed Jonathan Toews jersey.

There are also raffle items including NDSU Bison Football tickets, a top shelf alcohol basket and NASCAR Kansas City 400 tickets.

New this year to the event is mobile bidding. If you can't physically make it to the event, you can just click the link attached to this story and bid on silent auction items.

Ticket cost $15 for adults and $5 for children ages 6-12. Children ages 5 and younger are free. Tickets can be bought at the door.
