Suspect in Savanna Greywind murder case enters 'not guilty' plea

FARGO, N.D. (Valley News Live) One of two people charged in the death of Savanna Greywind has pleaded "not guilty" to the charges against him.

The plea from William Hoehn comes one week before he was set to appear in court for a preliminary hearing.

Court documents indicate that Hoehn's lawyer entered the written pleas to conspiracy to commit murder, kidnapping and giving false information to officers.

Hoehn is now scheduled to be back in court in December.
His girlfriend, Brooke Crews, is scheduled to appear in court on the same charges on Thursday.

The two lived in the same apartment building as Savanna Greywind.
Greywind's newborn was found in their apartment days after Savanna went missing.

Savanna's body would be later found in the red river.
