ARGUSVILLE, N.D. (Valley News Live) One man is in custody after a lengthy search in the area of Argusville and Arthur, North Dakota.
It follows a perimeter that was set up around two farmsteads in northern Cass County.
Deputies say the man, 40 year old Aragorn Jake Berger, is wanted on a felony burglary charge out of Montana.
The search tonight lasted about five hours and was concentrated in the area of Cass County roads 4 and 11. That's where authorities tracked a stolen car that they say was probably taken by this man.
Sgt. Tim Bruggeman with the Cass County Sheriff's Office says that deputies spotted the man in the Galesburg area last night. This morning, a call came in about a suspicious person in the Arthur area. Not long after that, a stolen car report was made. Authorities used a drone and K-9 as part of their search.
Berger will also be charged with being in possession of stolen property.
