USA Today's 24/7 Wall Street reports that a CDC survey 2013 shows that more than half of the US population had an alcoholic drink within the previous 30 days. The CDC defines drinking to excess as having five or more drinks in a short period of time
Minnesota came in at #6 on the list. Tennessee is most sober state on the list at #50.
