Oriska, ND - A motorcycle rider was driving along Highway 32 north of Oriska Saturday when he missed a turn and crashed his vehicle.
The rider was not wearing a helmet and didn't have the proper licences to be using a motorcycle.
While the man survived, his Harley was totaled and he had to be flown to Sanford Hospital in Fargo where he is currently being treated.
The rider was cited for care required and operating a motorcycle without the proper class of license.
No information has been released on the nature of his injuries.
