Fargo Fire Department responds to house fire

FARGO, N.D. (Valley News Live) Fire crews had to deal with a fire inside a home in North Fargo Thursday night.

Fargo Fire Department responded to a house fire 816 32nd St N at 8:12pm.

Officials say the fire was put out within 10 minutes and the home sustained significant damage to the kitchen and smoke damage throughout.

All residents evacuated before crews arrived and the cause is still under investigation.

Fargo Fire Department reminds everyone to check smoke alarms monthly and to be sure to have an escape plan, including two ways out of the home in case of a fire.
