Millions of people smoke tobacco cigarettes, but many are giving up cigarettes for electronic ones in belief that e-cigarettes are less addictive and safer.
Although still addictive, e-cigarettes are the better alternative for smokers.
With the e-cigarette you get your nicotine fix, but without all the ash, tar, and pine you would get from a tobacco cigarette.
A study out of London says that vaping is 95% healthier than smoking the traditional tobacco cigarette. The addiction to e-cigarettes can hook teenagers and young adults, potentially raising the number of conventional smokers if they start vaping.
In vape shops, like Sports Vape in Fargo, owner Darius Endres checks the identification of everyone before selling vaping products, attempting to keep e-cigarettes out of the hands of youth.
Endres also believes there are many health benefits to using e-cigarettes saying, "if you were to talk to many of our customers people will say they now breathe better."
