(NBC) The Arizona Game and Fish Department took custody of a young deer fawn after they say a man kidnapped it from the wild and brought it to a bar.
The deer fawn is said to be about three days old and will now have to live in captivity. Wild life experts say being pulled from the wild and from its mother at such a tender age means it can no longer survive on its own.
The fawn is said to be healthy but requires to be fed every three to four hours a day.
The fawn will be sent to a wildlife sanctuary.
