Chase on Highway 10 of wrong-way driver

MOORHEAD, Minn. (Valley News Live) Deputies believe some sort of a medical condition led to a chase on Highway 10 Wednesday morning.

They got a report of a driver going the wrong way around 6 a.m., and it took stop sticks and a PIT maneuver to stop the driver in downtown Moorhead.

Speeds were only about 40 miles per hour, but deputies say the driver did struggle with them as they tried to arrest him.

The man -- believed to be from Barnesville -- was injured and was treated at the scene by paramedics.

One deputy also suffered a minor injury to his head.
