Carson Wentz addresses the National Prayer Dinner in Washington, D.C.

WASHINGTON, D.C. (Valley News Live) Thursday Philadelphia Eagles Carson Wentz was in the national spotlight once again.

Wentz was in Washington D.C. speaking at the National Prayer Dinner on Thursday. He replaced Vice President Mike Pence who is in South Korea attending the opening ceremonies for the winter Olympics.

Wednesday Wentz became engaged to his girlfriend, and earlier on Thursday he was in Philadelphia participating in the Eagles Super Bowl Parade.
