East Grand Forks, N.D. (Valley News Live) --- Four people are shaken up this morning after a car crashed through their basement window.
East Grand Forks police say a call came in around 12:30 a.m. on June 19th, of a car ramming through the side of a home on 22nd St. NW. The car reportedly drove off the road, hit a fence and then struck the lower level family window.
The suspect, a 31-year-old male, fled the scene but was arrested a few hours later for reckless driving and fleeing the scene of an accident.
Police are not releasing his name yet. No one was injured.
