Bison rout Robert Morris 56-0

FARGO (Valley News Live) North Dakota State wraps up non-conference play with another exclamation point win over Robert Morris 56-0.
The Bison were led by junior running back Lance Dunn’s three rushing touchdowns on just three carries including a 61-yard scoring run on NDSU’s first possession. Dunn would add scoring runs of 45 yards, and five yards to go along with a receiving touchdown of 10 yards all in the first half.
Junior Bruce Anderson added 31 yards and a touchdown on ten carries. Redshirt Freshman Adam Cofield got some valuable reps as well, toting the ball 25 times for 89 yards.
Easton Stick went 11-15 for 132 yards through the air for two touchdowns, and was pulled from the game in the second quarter. Backup quarterbacks Cole Davis and Henry Van Dellen also saw action on the day. Davis adding 6 points to the total with a 17-yard rushing touchdown in the third quarter.
The NDSU defense also put up some impressive numbers against the Colonials. Code Green forced three turnovers in the first quarter, including a pick 6 by Safety Tre Dempsey and two forced fumbles in Robert Morris territory.
