Why City Commission decided to raise your utility bill

On Monday, The Commissioners for the City of Fargo voted 4-1 to raise resident's sewage and utility bills. This comes after a poll shows that 64% of Fargo residents said No to the raise. Residents could see a dollar monthly increase to their bills.
