The Graham Cassidy Bill is set to be voted on this week. Governor Burgum, Senator Hoeven and Congressman Cramer all agree that the new bill is the best option for North Dakota. They all touched on the flexibility of the bill and the money that will be given back to the state.
Even though three of ND's representatives agree on the bill, Senator Heitkamp has called it "radical" and says the bill is not the best option.
Will Sen. Heitkamp vote against the bill or stand with the rest of North Dakota's representatives?
