Details on how the NYC attacker got into the United States

27-year-old Bangladesh immigrant, Akayed Ullah is the man behind the terror attack in New York on Monday, December 11th. Ullah strapped an improvised bomb around him and made his way to a subway terminal. During the investigation he told investigators that he chose this subway due to the Christmas posters. Ullah is facing federal and state terrorism charges. This was an ISIS inspired attack.

How did Ullah get into the United States? Ullah's mother went through the lottery system and won, allowing her to live in the United States. Once his mother was in the U.S., she then brought Ullah over from Bangladesh. After discovering this information, President Trump said that both the lottery and chain migration systems will be ending.
