  • 4 Luv of Dog Rescue is an independent dog rescue in Fargo, ND devoted to rescuing and rehoming dogs. Our rescue was founded by Kish who had a strong desire to save dogs who were doomed to be euthanized in local animal pounds. For a couple of years Kish did everything herself. Now there is a small group of volunteers and many wonderful foster families who have joined her efforts. Kish is still a very involved and important member of this rescue.
