Hearing Impaired Closed Captioning

Posted: Updated:

KVLY and KXJB are committed to providing closed captioning service for our hearing impaired viewers.  All captioned material that we receive from our various sources are passed on as we receive them.  In addition, we caption our local newscasts as well as important public safety!

Please note that some older content movies and TV shows that we receive on MeTV may not be captioned.

In the event that you are having problems with viewing the hearing impaired closed captioning, there are several methods to contact us.  You may contact us by phone, FAX, e-mail, or regular mail.

When contacting us, please give your name, phone number or return address, a short explanation of the problem you are experiencing, the station you are watching, and the time/show name that you were watching.  If you contact us by phone, we will return your call within 24 hours.  Any written complaints will be replied as soon as possible, and within 30 days.

During regular business hours (8am – 5pm Monday through Friday) you may call the following phone numbers for any of the above stations.  Please tell the receptionist that you are having a problem with closed captioning.  They will connect you with the proper person.

After hours, you will be directed to a voicemail where you can leave information on your closed captioning problem.  Someone will return your call within 24 hours.
